About this file
This is a delineated area map and description document defining the geographic boundaries for a pre-solicitation to renew leased office space in Cherry Hill, NJ. The document includes both a written description and visual map showing the permitted area boundaries, which form an irregular polygon roughly centered around Cherry Hill, NJ and bounded by Route 537, Marter Ave, Union Mill Rd, Mount Laurel Rd, Hainesport-Mount Laurel Rd/Greentree Rd, Route 73, Evesham Rd, and Haddonfield-Berlin Rd/Grove St/Haddonfield Rd.
The document relates to a GSA Public Buildings Service Region 3 requirement for 9,210 ABOA sq ft of office space with 7 surface parking spaces. Key constraints include: no co-location with other DHS components or public-facing organizations, space cannot be on first two floors or top floor, 5-year term (3 years firm), and occupancy needed by November 15, 2026. Expressions of interest are due by December 15, 2024 and must include building details, floor plans, parking plans, square footage, rental rates, and ownership information submitted to Leasing Specialist Lamont Smith.
