QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:

QUESTION #1: We see government buildings, apartments. Streets, sidewalks, etc. and everything seems like it needs work done. What area do we work on according to the contract? If building and apartment grounds are all in that location, which ones belong in the contract, and which are privately owned? Answer: Only trimming of the street right of way trees. Anything outside the right of way would be considered private property. City owned trees located on the right of way that are hanging over said private property will still need to be do to they belong to the city.
