About this file
Summary
This is an informal solicitation issued by the Nevada Department of Veterans Services for interactive projectors. The agency is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to provide interactive projectors for residents at the Southern Nevada State Veterans Home, including on-site installation and training support. The quote submission deadline is February 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PST, with submission required through nevadaepro.com. The State intends to award one contract resulting from this solicitation, and the resulting contract term is expected to be four years. No site visit, bidder's conference, or specific award date is mentioned in the solicitation document.
Evaluation of quotes will be based on two weighted factors: experience providing interactive projectors, installation, and training in skilled nursing facilities or similar facilities (60% weight) and cost (40% weight). Vendors must meet mandatory minimum requirements including compliance with Nevada law, agreement not to engage in a boycott of Israel per NRS 333.338, and possession of a Nevada state business license prior to contract execution. Specific pricing information is not detailed in the solicitation, though cost is a significant evaluation factor. The single point of contact for this solicitation is Jacob Clodfelter at Clodfelterj@veterans.nv.gov.
