About this file
This document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the State of Nevada Purchasing Division on behalf of the Nevada Department of Veterans Services (NDVS) and the Southern Nevada State Veterans Home (SNSVH) for mobile X-ray, ultrasound, cardiac, and PICC line services. The State intends to award one contract for a term of four years, subject to Board of Examiners approval. The selected vendor will be required to comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, and provide services 24/7, 365 days a year.
The RFP outlines detailed requirements for the services, including response times, reporting, equipment, staffing, and administrative responsibilities. Vendors must submit information on their background, key personnel, subcontractors, and financial stability. The proposals will be evaluated based on demonstrated competence, experience, availability of personnel, ability to fulfill the scope of work, and cost. The State will not accept any contract terms that require the filing of actions or arbitration in another state or that require the State to indemnify the vendor.
