About this file
This document is a Notice of Intended Decision to Enter into a Single Source Contract issued by the Northwest Florida Water Management District for the ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP). The District intends to renew an annual EEAP license and support agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) to provide enterprise-wide geospatial enablement through technical advisory, annual planning, a technical work plan, and access to exclusive technology webcasts. The EEAP configuration includes one day of annual planning, up to 100 hours of ESRI technical advisor support, quarterly technology webcasts, and 100 ESRI learning and services credits.
The justification for the single source acquisition is that ESRI is the copyright owner of ArcGIS and the only authorized agent to provide licenses and support for this technology. The price for the one-year EEAP agreement is $74,300.
