About this file
This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Northwest Florida Water Management District. The District is seeking to enter into a single-source contract for maintenance and support of its reservation system for recreational sites. The vendor must be willing to invoice the District directly for reservations, as the recreational sites are available at no cost to the public. The key requirements include providing functionality, customization, and support for the District's Campsite Reservation System. The intended single source is Camplife, Inc., and the estimated dollar amount for the 1-year contract is up to $35,000.
The justification for the single-source acquisition is that previous attempts to obtain competitive quotes were unsuccessful, as Camplife, Inc. was the only respondent capable of providing the requested services with no cost to the customer. The contract has been approved by the District's Director of Asset Management, Director of Administrative Services, Chief of Staff, Deputy Executive Director, and Executive Director.
