This document contains a personnel list template for a federal contract solicitation to provide student transportation services on military bases in Germany.

The solicitation requires contractors to provide drivers, safety aides, safety attendants, supervision, and any other personnel and equipment necessary to transport students between schools and homes in compliance with Department of Defense Education Activity and host nation student transportation standards. Contractors must submit a list using the template that includes details on each proposed personnel member such as name, position, qualifications, and employer. The solicitation also contains questions on recruitment and retention plans contractors must address, such as how new drivers will be hired and trained and what initiatives will be used to retain qualified staff over the life of the contract.
