| Section 3.1 and 4.1 (b) and (c) |
The staffing titles in section 4.1 (b) "The Network Support Specialist and User Support Specialist" and (c) "The Network Support Specialist and User Support Specialist," do not match the staffing titles provided in section 3.1, Staffing descriptions "152 - Journeyman Computer User Support Specialist.
The specific tasks in section 4.1 (b) and (c) are almost identical, except for a few differences.
Could the Government provide clarification and/or correction regarding the title of each staffing requirement and its specific tasks?
The labor category in section 3.1 Staffing is the generic labor category available on marketplace/industry.
Section 4.1 Specific Tasks outlines the title of the staffing for the project. This section describes the roles and responsibilities of the contractors on the project, not the labor categories. The labor categories are outlined in Section 3.1 Staffing.
The specific tasks in section 4.1 (b) and (c): Some functions of these two roles overlapped. However, the contractors’ roles and responsibilities are specific to respective roles.
