Amendment#1: RFIs

The combined synopsis solicitation for commercial services, IHS1520865, Lab Door Replacement Project for Haskell Indian Health Center, Lawrence, KS, is amended to submit question and answers. The following three (3) questions have been submitted.

Answers are in Red following each question.

1. Could you give us the size of the door that is getting relocated? Door width, height, etc. and manufacture? The lab restroom door is a 3' 6" x 7' 0" (actual slab measurements are 41 5/8" x 83 1/4"). Eagle Door Supply. B25. #31257. Mohawk Flush Doors, Inc. (2 door photos included)

2. Does the frame need to be concrete filled or can it be anchored into the CMU wall?

Needs to anchor the door frame into the CMU. Concrete back fill would be nice for noise reduction.
