About this file

This is a Price Response attachment for a Request for Proposal issued by the Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Criminal Investigations, for the purchase and installation of equipment on statewide response team vehicles. The solicitation requires respondents to provide detailed unit costs for the complete refurbishment of one vehicle, encompassing 83 line items organized in Table A. These line items detail all components and installation tasks required, including the modular body construction (specifications for length, width, and height), exterior features (diamond plate roofing, sheeting, wheel well panels, and rub rails), interior compartment configurations with storage solutions, lighting systems, electrical infrastructure, emergency warning equipment, power generation capabilities, and warranty coverage. A mandatory pre-response conference was scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Respondents must complete pricing for all 83 line items in Table A, with each unit cost inclusive of time and materials for component installation, or risk being deemed non-responsive. Failure to provide any required pricing information will result in disqualification.

Table B of the attachment requires respondents to provide a single hourly rate for additional services beyond the vehicle refurbishment scope, though this rate will not be evaluated or awarded points during the selection process. The pricing structure is designed to calculate one total cost for the completion of one refurbished vehicle as described in the Statement of Work (Attachment 2). All fields in the price sheet are pre-formatted with locked cells designated for Department use only, while unlocked shaded cells are provided for respondent completion. Respondents must sign and date the price response form, providing their authorized signatory information along with their business name.
