About this file
The document provides details on a Request for Response (RFR) from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) for Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) contract opportunities, identified as RFR 242032. The RFR is seeking proposals for CSS sites, with each site requiring its own application, rather than allowing a single proposal for multiple locations. The contract is structured as a unit rate contract, with no budget required to be submitted. The term of the contract is not specified.
The RFR does not include any information on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or other salient details. It focuses solely on the application and submission requirements for the CSS contract opportunities.

Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) Questions and Answers
DPH RFR 242032
1. We are wondering why a budget needs to be submitted since these are unit rate contracts.
No budget is required as this is a rate contract.
1. Can we list our 3 CSS addresses in one proposal since this is a blanket contract (currently, Brockton and Plymouth CSS are in one contract) instead of uploading three separate submittals?
No. Each site needs its own application
