About this file

This document is an Application Response Form for a Request for Response (RFR) issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services Department of Public Health for Clinical Stabilization Services. The RFR seeks proposals for a Clinical Stabilization program, including the location, number of licensed beds, and gender(s) served. Bidders are required to demonstrate administrative and fiscal standards, provide an organizational chart and mission statement, and describe their Supplier Diversity Program commitment, staff demographics, experience, collaborations, subcontractors, and strategies for culturally and linguistically appropriate services. The response has detailed requirements for the admission process, treatment programming, medication-assisted treatment, aftercare, and staff training. Responses must be submitted electronically through the COMMBUYS system by the due date.

The RFR specifies that bidders must have current human and social services contracts or submit provider qualification application materials. Pricing and funding details are not provided, but the RFR notes that the successful bidder will enter into a contract with the Department of Public Health. Bidders are advised to monitor COMMBUYS for any amendments to the RFR.
