About this file

This document appears to be an addendum to a state or local government contract opportunity related to LED lighting upgrades. The contract covers converting fluorescent light fixtures to LED fixtures in a facility, with some exceptions such as exterior lighting and recessed can fixtures. The document provides clarification on the lighting types, scope of work, and project logistics such as work hours, background checks, and rebates. It also addresses considerations for working in an active, occupied facility including inmate dorm relocations and use of lifts. The contract term and renewal options are not specified.

Regarding pricing, the document does not provide details on pricing or set-asides. It indicates that the facility's Georgia Power utility bills will be shared to facilitate rebate processing. Funding sources and amounts are also not mentioned. The document focuses on providing technical and logistical information to support the lighting upgrade project.

No LED upgrades in this Area

No LED upgrades in This area

I have a few quesons concerning the project.

• On Drawing # EL4.01 as below the fixture Type E, is not on the lighng schedule. Can you confirm if the below secons marked in Yellow, should be part of the Scope or Not? Please see below area in queson: First Floor Training Renovaon.

The Lights in this area are 3 bulb T-8 Florescent Fixtures. Please Convert all Fixtures in this area to LED. We want all Fixtures in the building converted to LED except for the designated area listed on drawing ED4.01

• Based on the Light Schedule Fixture Type D is a 2x4 with 2 Lamp Troffer

However, on the manual Note below it says that it a Metal Halide. Please confirm the correct fixture for all Type D Fixtures?

The light fixture type D on PDF Section 9, and Section 10 EL4.03, EL4.04 is a 250-watt HID fixture.

Please convert this light to LED. This section was hand drawn.

So, lighting type D was duplicated on this drawing and the main lighting schedule. For other parts of Facility please use main lighting schedule for reference.
