About this file
This is Addendum No. 1 dated July 24, 2025, issued by Dynamic Design Group, Inc. for the Bathroom/Shower Facility project at the U.P. State Fairgrounds in Escanaba, Michigan (Job No. 24-4587). The addendum revises the original bid documents by including previously omitted Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings in the complete plan set, updating the Table of Contents in Section 00 0110 to include Section 32 3113, and adding a new specification section for Chain Link Fences and Gates to Division 32 - Exterior Improvements. The project encompasses construction of a bathroom/shower facility with comprehensive specifications covering procurement and contracting requirements, general requirements, existing conditions, concrete work, masonry, wood/plastics/composites, thermal and moisture protection, finishes, specialties, earthwork, exterior improvements including sidewalks and fencing, and utilities with site sanitary sewerage systems.
The chain link fence specifications require matching existing fence configurations and include detailed requirements for 2.5-inch diameter line posts, 3-inch diameter corner and terminal posts, 1.66-inch diameter top and bottom rails, 2-inch diamond mesh fabric with 9-gauge wire, three-strand barbed wire with 45-degree support extension arms pointing north toward the bathroom/shower building, and galvanized steel construction meeting ASTM standards. All contractors must forward addenda to subcontractors and verify receipt, with attachments including the updated plan set, revised table of contents, and complete chain link fence specifications. The addendum does not specify pricing terms, funding sources, contract values, set-asides, or award timelines.
