About this file
This is a Written Questions and Responses document for Project 24-218, which contains 14 questions from potential bidders and their corresponding answers. The project involves painting, staining, and refinishing work including sanding and re-staining with clear coat, exterior wall painting, perimeter wall painting (both sides and top for surrounding walls, inside and top only for North wall), and replacement of all cove base throughout the interior paint project. Working hours are specified in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, which is referenced but not included in this document.
The project has an estimated cost/budget of $109,000.00. This is designated as a Small Business solicitation with no DVBE (Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise) requirements. No bid bond is required as the total estimated cost falls below the threshold. The project appears to have had a mandatory pre-bid meeting and job walk (sign-in sheet referenced but not included). The document clarifies that there is no wallpaper removal needed as no wallpaper is present on existing walls, and interested parties must contact the solicitation representative to arrange attendance at the public bid opening.
