About this file
This document is an Addendum No. 1 for the Alice Pleasant Park project issued by the City of Craig, Colorado, dated March 22, 2024. The addendum modifies the 100% Construction Documents originally dated 02.12.2024 and introduces several key changes to the park renovation project. Specifically, the addendum includes modifications to the bidding schedule, landscape materials, and park furnishings. Notable changes include replacing two areas of crusher fines paving with cedar wood bark natural mulch, and replacing one of the five standard picnic tables with an ADA-compliant picnic table.
The bidding schedule provides detailed information about the project's scope, including divisions for procurement, general requirements, existing conditions, concrete work, miscellaneous structures, electrical work, earthwork, and exterior improvements. The document outlines approximate quantities for various elements such as tree removal, concrete work, electrical components, and landscaping features. The project includes provisions for the owner to adjust quantities and potentially modify the contract scope, with a clause allowing for supplemental agreements if cumulative changes exceed 20 percent of the total contract amount. The bidding schedule is structured to provide a comprehensive breakdown of project components, allowing for precise cost comparisons and detailed project planning.
