About this file
This is Addendum 1 to the Early Site Package Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of Michigan. The addendum modifies the original RFP requirements and provides clarifications to the procurement process for the Early Site Package project. The document outlines modifications to technical specifications, scheduling requirements, and procedural elements established in the base RFP. The addendum includes updated submission requirements, clarified scope of work elements, and any amendments to the original timeline for proposal responses. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt and incorporation of this addendum in their proposals, with all terms and conditions of the original RFP remaining in effect except where specifically modified by this addendum.
The addendum addresses critical changes to project deliverables, evaluation criteria, and contractual obligations that were identified after the initial RFP release. All prospective bidders must review both the original RFP and this addendum in their entirety to ensure full compliance with current requirements. Failure to acknowledge and incorporate the addendum modifications may result in proposal rejection. The specific changes outlined in this addendum supersede corresponding sections of the base RFP document and establish binding requirements for all participating contractors.
