About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ #24-358-RFQ) issued by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) for portable guard booths. The solicitation seeks vendors to provide two portable guard booths, approximately 4x6 feet, with windows, doors, lights, A/C, and generators. The RFQ was issued on January 12, 2024, with a deadline for questions on January 15, 2024, and responses required by February 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM EST. The Aviation Authority intends to issue purchase orders or start blanket releases by March 1, 2024.
Pricing terms require vendors to submit all costs on the OpenGov pricing table, with unit prices valid through June 1, 2024. Vendors must quote all items to be considered responsive, and all unit costs must include shipping to the Authority's location in the 32827 zip code. The items must be new, unused, current year models, and fully supported by the manufacturer's warranty. The Aviation Authority reserves the right to award by individual items, groups of items, or all or none, with the award going to the responsive and responsible vendor providing the lowest overall quotation. Payment terms are net 30 after receipt of goods, and all deliveries must be made to the warehouse between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
