About this file

This document is a pre-bid conference presentation for a state procurement opportunity to provide buoy tags to the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife. The contract will be awarded for a five-year term, with one contractor responsible for manufacturing and delivering the sturdy, flexible tags that are printed with permanent ink and sequentially numbered. Orders may range up to 96,300 tags per request. Bidders must be registered in the Washington Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) system and will be evaluated on factors including cost, bidder samples, and state procurement priorities such as small business and veteran-owned business status.

The pricing will be evaluated based on the lowest bid receiving the maximum 50 points, with other bids receiving proportionately fewer points. Additional preference points are available for meeting state priorities. The contract includes performance metrics related to order accuracy. No incumbent contractor is specified, and the funding source is not detailed. Specific delivery requirements and technical specifications are outlined in the Exhibit B document.
