About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) Amendment No. 1 issued by the City of Tucson Business Services Department for Financial Consulting Services for Grant Funds, with RFP No. 222937. The amendment, dated January 25, 2022, expands the original scope of work to include additional duties related to the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF). The RFP is open and continuous, with no specific response deadline mentioned, and is overseen by Troy Rombough, Senior Contract Officer.
The amended scope of work requires the financial consulting services to serve as a subject matter expert for SLFRF Interim Final Role, evaluating proposed projects for ARPA SLFRF eligibility. The consultant will also evaluate grant applications under the City's Community Partnership Grant Program, provide input on financial participation agreements, and conduct risk assessments of provisional grant awardees. The goal is to help the City ensure compliance with federal grant reporting mandates and make informed grant award determinations. Vendors are required to submit a signed copy of the amendment with their proposal, acknowledging the expanded service requirements.
