INTERVIEW QUESTIONS
1. Describe your understanding of our typical project design requirements and contract structure, and why your proposed team is a good fit?
2. How will you meet the Government's expectation of maintaining a project team and primary project manager/contract point of contact for the life of the contract?
3. On occasion there will be multiple task orders requested to be completed simultaneously, how will your team manage quality control within your projects and maintain an on time schedule?
4. If you team, what is the average project dollar amount your proposed team has completed together?
5. What is the smallest project your proposed team has completed together?
6. How does your firm expect to support the Statement of Work Title II services requirement?
7. Our task order scope language is written in broad, general terms. What is your proposed scoping process as it relates to this IDIQ style contract (I.E. converting the Government’s general requirements into a defined scope to be priced under a firm fixed price task order?)
8. What are your proven measures of cost control under a firm fixed price contract structure?
9. Inherent in our site’s mission (large server rooms/integrated signal towers) we consume large amounts of energy. What recommendations would you offer to target initiatives for successful reuse of recovered materials, waste reduction, or energy efficiency?
