About this file

This is a Form 7555-18B Bidders Post Bid Certifications document related to SUNY Geneseo's Project G06079, a qualifications-based selection for Backdrop Term Agreements for Consultant Services spanning three years from 2027 through 2029. The request seeks qualifications from design firms and consulting teams to establish a pre-awarded panel of three to six consultants available for direct selection on future campus projects without requiring separate RFQ and award processes for each engagement. Anticipated services include building envelope upgrades, mechanical/electrical/plumbing system replacements, structural assessments, interior renovations, campus safety improvements, hazardous material removal with asbestos monitoring, underground utility upgrades, hardscape enhancements, and construction administration services. Selected firms will be evaluated based on qualifications outlined in Section 2.1 of the RFQ, with the selection process utilizing a mini-selection methodology to identify the most qualified backdrop consultant for individual projects.

The maximum consultant fee for any single project placed under the Backdrop Term Agreement is limited to $200,000, with the total cumulative value of all consultant term agreements over the three-year period capped at $700,000. SUNY Geneseo will participate in disadvantaged business enterprise programs, including Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and Service Disabled Veteran (SDVOB) participation requirements. The certifications required in this post-bid document establish compliance standards for selected firms prior to final award of the backdrop term agreements.
