About this file
Amendment 002 for Solicitation 20342325Q00017 extends the proposal submission deadline to Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 10:00am EST and provides clarifying responses to vendor questions about a dental supplies contract for the Armed Forces Retirement Home of Gulfport (AFRH-G). The solicitation is a small business set-aside for a firm fixed price contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, covering the performance period from 04/22/2025 to 04/21/2030.
Key details include the historical annual contract value of $28,700.00, previously awarded to Action Medical Supplies LLC. The amendment clarifies that multiple suppliers are allowed, taxes should not be included in proposals, and equivalents to specified dental supplies are permitted. Vendors may submit renewal pricing for option years to account for inflation and market fluctuations, with orders typically placed on the 5th of each month to a consistent delivery location. Interested vendors must have an unexpired SAM.gov registration and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) before contract award.
