About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation 2032H325Q00028 regarding newspaper and periodical delivery services for the Department of the Treasury. The document addresses five key questions about the contractor's responsibilities and delivery requirements.

The Q&A clarifies that the contractor is fully responsible for sourcing and delivering newspapers and periodicals independently, with no government-provided pickup location. While many deliveries will be to the mailroom, other delivery locations may be specified on individual orders. For pricing purposes, contractors must propose prices for a quantity of 1 for each title and frequency listed in Attachment 2 Price Submission Sheet, though actual quantities and frequencies will vary per order placed against the BPA. The document notes that specific delivery requirements, including weekend editions and delivery frequencies, will be determined on individual orders placed against the BPA.
