About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation 2032H325Q00028 related to newspaper and periodical delivery services for the Department of Treasury. The document contains four questions from potential contractors and the government's responses.

The Q&A clarifies that the contractor is fully responsible for sourcing and delivering newspapers and periodicals independently, with no government-provided pickup location. Regarding quantities and frequency, the government indicates these will vary per order placed against the BPA. For proposal purposes, contractors should propose pricing for a quantity of one for each title and frequency listed in Attachment 2 Price Submission Sheet. The government also confirms that contractors should include pricing for both weekday and Sunday editions of newspapers in their proposals.
