If BEP did not previously purchase the proposed material directly from the Offeror, the Offeror shall include details (name and address of company and point of contact information) in the certification concerning the company (ies) that had/has the relationship from which the Offeror is offering this material.

BEP will provide a notification of acceptance or disapproval of the Offeror’s request for waiver of submission of a material sample. If disapproval of the waiver is determined by BEP, the offeror must submit a material sample for which the waiver was denied. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure receipt of this notification.

Additionally, if a waiver has been granted, the BEP reserves the right to require the submission of a material sample any time after the closing date of the solicitation for evaluation.
