About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) Amendment 001 containing responses to vendor questions for solicitation 2031JW26N00003, issued by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The RFI provides clarification on several key points, including user access requirements (8 unique users per Statement of Work with no user group overlap), response format (Microsoft Word or PDF, 15-page core response limit with no page limit for appendices), and timeline. The OCC anticipates completing its review and decision-making process by approximately mid-2026, with subsequent steps dependent on the nature and quality of vendor responses. The agency has explicitly stated it will not disclose estimated budget ranges, instead encouraging vendors to provide accurate and reasonable pricing estimates based on the RFI information. Decisions regarding demonstrations, trial access, or additional data samples will be determined after the RFI submission period closes.

RFI 2031JW26N00003 - Amendment 001
Response to Vendor Questions
The RFI mentions 8 users for each Statement of Work. Will the 8 users be the same across both services? Please clarify the total number of unique users and the total number of users who would ideally have access to both.
Please assume there is no overlap between the user groups for the two services. For RFI response purposes, vendors should treat each set of 8 users as unique to its corresponding Statement of Work.
Is there an estimated budget range for this RFI? We want to be mindful of your costs when discussing with our Finance team as well.
The OCC does not disclose estimated budget ranges. Vendors are encouraged to provide the most accurate and reasonable pricing estimates based on the information provided in the RFI.
Will there be opportunity to set up a demo of [our solution] and tools for OCC [personnel]? Will there be an opportunity to provide trial access or additional data samples?
Decisions regarding demonstrations, trial access, or additional data samples will be made following the close of the RFI submission period. Any next steps involving vendor engagement will be communicated at that time.
We understand the Response Format requested is “Microsoft Word or PDF, not to exceed 15 pages (excluding appendices).” Can you please confirm if there is a page limit including appendices?
There is no page limit for appendices; however, vendors should note that the OCC does not guarantee that all appendix materials will be reviewed. Core responses should remain within the 15-page limit.
Following submission of the RFI, what are the next steps? Will there be multiple rounds? And when is the OCC hoping to finish the RFI and make final decisions?
Subsequent steps will depend on the nature and quality of responses received. The OCC has identified an operational need for these services and anticipates completing its overall review and decision-making process by approximately mid-2026.
