About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation 2026-PZI-1708, addressing clarifications on the NAF Tent Installation, Tear Down, and Storage Services requirement at Patriot Golf Course in Bedford, Massachusetts. The requirement involves installing, maintaining, and storing a 40' x 80' x 13' Clear Span tournament tent on a concrete pad from April through November annually, with winter storage in Webster, Massachusetts. Amendment 1 (posted March 24, 2026) corrected the tent dimensions from the initially stated 30' x 40' to the accurate 40' x 80' x 13', and Amendment 2 (posted March 26, 2026) updated the bid schedule to reflect these corrected dimensions.

Key clarifications in the Q&A include: the structural frame remains installed year-round and does not require removal during winter storage; only the tent tops and fabric are installed and removed seasonally; the existing tent has no known damage or missing components; all major and minor repairs discovered during performance will be contracted separately, with pricing for minor repairs excluded from initial bids; pickup and storage occur at Webster, MA 01570; this is a re-compete of previous contract FA2835-16-P-0024; no site visit will be conducted; and the 25-page quote limitation encompasses the pricing schedule, representations, certifications, and technical proposal. Questions were due March 26, 2026, offers were due April 8, 2026, and answers were provided by March 29, 2026.
