About this file

This is a construction drawings document for the Loma Port of Entry (POE) ANS Traffic Rerouting project, identified as Project I.D. No. C26AU5 under Invitation for Bid (IFB) 2027*042. The project encompasses comprehensive site construction plans including overall site mapping, existing conditions assessment, removals, erosion control measures, grading plans, roadway design, storm sewer infrastructure, retention pond construction, wash pad details, and utility installations. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with bid opening set for Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. The construction drawings package consists of 16 sheets detailing site plans, utility plans, grading plans with pond cross-sections (Section A and Section B with specified slope ratios of 4:1 and 8:1), roadway profiles, storm sewer systems, and miscellaneous construction details.

The drawings specify technical requirements including bollard installation standards requiring vertical placement with welded top caps, 3/8-inch air vent holes approximately 3-3/4 feet below the top cap, yellow paint finish, and availability for Project Manager inspection prior to footing concrete placement. The document references source materials from Esri, Vantor, GeoEye, Earthstar Geographics, CNES/Airbus DS, USDA, USGS, AeroGRID, and IGN. All construction details, site utility plans, grading specifications, and cross-sectional elevations are provided to guide contractors in project execution and bid preparation.
