About this file
This Draft Statement of Work (SOW) details maintenance and support requirements for Pyramix Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) equipment at the Library of Congress' Culpeper facility. The contract will cover 12 Pyramix DAW systems across multiple rooms, with software maintenance for one base year and four option years. Key service requirements include providing web portal access to software, resolving software-related issues, installing upgrades and patches, and offering support five days per week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
The service schedule defines four priority levels for issue resolution, ranging from emergency (one-hour response, two workdays resolution) to low-priority issues (sixteen-hour response, three-month resolution). The contractor must provide certified technicians with at least three years of experience in Pyramix equipment design, manufacturing, repair, or maintenance. The Library of Congress intends to sole-source this contract to Sennheiser Electronic Corp., but will consider capability statements from other vendors demonstrating the ability to meet the SOW requirements.
