About this file

This is Addendum No. 1 to RFP 20252034 for Environmental, Planning and Related Services Master Agreement at Eugene Airport, issued by the City of Eugene Central Services Finance department on February 13, 2025. The addendum modifies Section VI of the Proposal Submittal Requirements, specifically clarifying that proposals shall not exceed 28 pages of content, excluding resumes, required forms, covers, dividers, table of contents, and references. The document defines a page as one single-side of a document containing written text or graphics, and specifies that page size must be 8½" x 11".

The addendum makes no changes to pricing terms, funding requirements, or other specifications, terms and conditions of the original RFP. The only modification is the addition of "references" to the list of items that do not count toward the 28-page limit for proposal content.
