This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside contract (Solicitation Number FA810125R0001) to rent Air Show Table Tents and Chairs for the Tinker Air Force Base event from 23-30 June 2025. The solicitation requires a local vendor within 120 miles of Tinker AFB to provide two rental package options: one with flooring and one without flooring, each as a single lot. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror, with a size standard of $12.5M and NAICS code 532289. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and will be responsible for packaging, shipping, and handling equipment to the base, with standard commercial warranties applying.
Specific contract line items (CLINs) require the contractor to cover all product and labor costs, replace any damaged materials at no cost, and provide documentation including shipment tracking, receiving reports, and invoices. Proposals should be emailed to Capt. Christopher Collins, with the primary evaluation criteria being the vendor's locality and pricing. The contract terms include various standard Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses covering areas such as telecommunications, whistleblower rights, and small business representations.
