About this file

This document is a Request for Qualifications and Quotation (RFQQ) issued by the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) of the state of Washington. The purpose of this RFQQ is to identify external organizations that can provide technical assistance to 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) subrecipients in carrying out their afterschool programs. The RFQQ does not result in any contracts; rather, it will establish a published list of pre-screened organizations that can aid subgrantees. The RFQQ covers multiple jurisdictions within Washington, including Franklin, Grant, Grays Harbor, Chelan, Yakima, and other counties. Responses are due on March 23, 2023, and the resulting list of pre-screened organizations will be published on the OSPI website.

The RFQQ does not provide pricing terms or funding details. It is intended to create a resource list for 21st CCLC subrecipients and does not involve any direct contracting. The RFQQ is open to all qualified organizations and does not mention any incumbent providers or small business set-asides.
