DATE PAGE SECTION SUBJECT QUESTION

3/4/2024 15 10.2 B We want to minimize having to finance purchase of materials If we are awarded, does this line item mean can we submit an invoice for materials upon notification of the award and be paid when the materials are delivered to site?

3/8/2024 14 10.1 A.2 This section mentions bonds, among other costs, to be distributed uniformly across all line items of the schedule of values.

Will bid, or performance bonds be required for this project?

3/11/2024 The SAM.gov posting states "Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items" , with its offer. NOTE: The offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed at https://www.sam.gov.

Our intent is to write a proposal using our company template, including the SAM registration confirmation, small business classification, and CLIN table. Is this acceptable format for submitting the bid?

3/11/2024 We assume the price shall not include tax Should pricing have tax removed?

3/11/2024 3 2.1 B The Contractor shall submit a list of Market Available Water Flow Meters with Flow Sensors and Specifications to be reviewed and approved by Power Plant Personnel.

We assume this is a fixed price bid, so does this mean the list we supply will only be the flow meter/sensors we include in the bid or can there be a change order if different meters/sensors are selected by the Power Plant Personnel?
