About this file

This file contains multiple attachments (B through E) for RFQ 24-033680 from the Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety for Independent Evaluator services in California. The attachments outline required qualifications including the need for licensed lead electrical engineers, adherence to California Professional Engineers Act, qualified electrical workers, prior audit experience, GIS experience, vegetation management experience, and wildfire mitigation expertise. The documents specify requirements for high-quality report writing, understanding of statutory requirements, safety compliance, project management capabilities, and statewide availability to perform inspections.

The attachments include forms for references, conflict of interest declarations, and a submittal checklist. The conflict of interest declarations specifically address restrictions on current and former state employees per Public Contract Code 10410 and 10411, requiring disclosure of any contracts with Covered Entities within the past three years, current business relationships, and work performed for entities delivering ancillary services to California consumers. The documents do not include pricing terms or specific funding information.
