ADDENDUM # 2
2024-HR-33 Human Resources Information System
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Question #1: Can you let us know the active employee headcount and pay frequency?
This is critical to preparing pricing and aligning to the right Paylocity Rep if over 500 employees.
Answer: The active employee head count is four hundred forty (440). The pay frequency is bi-weekly.
Question #2: Please confirm the employee count for CCWA.
Answer: There are 440 funded positions.
Question #3: The turnaround for this RFP seems to allow only a few days for a response to be created. This isn't much time for vendors to provide thoughtful responses, especially since the response date to vendor questions is on Nov 1st and a hard copy has been requested. I kindly request that you consider adding an additional two weeks for vendors to respond.
Answer: The project has been extended. Please refer to Exhibit A.
Question #4: Approximately how many employees are there?
Answer: There are 440 funded positions.
Question #5: Is an extension possible?
Question #6: We would like respectfully request an extension of the deadline for submission. Given that a hard copy submission is required, we would need to budget for at least 2 days to ship and deliver the responses, leaving approximately 7 business days to prepare the response. We would greatly appreciate an extension to the submission deadline in the amount of one week.
Question #7: Will you consider an extension for two weeks? The functional requirements are a bit more expansive than what was previously released in the RFI and our team needs a bit more time to review. Also, being a hard copy submission there will also be shipping time to factor in as well.
Question #8: I am working on the excel sheet and the drop-down options do not make sense. Many ask for a file attachment, but the question isn’t about a file.
Others have drop downs that also do not pertain to the question. Am I to ignore the drop down options? And just copy and paste “response in comments” some of them are a simple yes or no.
Answer: Please redownload the spreadsheet and be sure to open in the app and not the web version. If you are still having issues, please just provide your answers in the comments.
