About this file

Addendum One for the Ride Share Services Request for Proposal (RFP-KD-2024.303) is issued by Adams County Finance Department in Brighton, Colorado, with a proposal deadline of November 15, 2024, at 2:00 PM MT. The RFP seeks a ride share service provider for community transportation, with proposals to be submitted through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet). The current provider is Lyft Concierge, and the county is looking for a platform that can transport people across multiple boundaries in the Denver Metro area and surrounding regions.

The annual budget for this service is $50,000, with no requirement for client references or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification. The service requires 24/7 availability and supports standard, XL, wheelchair-accessible vehicles that allow pets. Year to date, the county has provided 1,322 rides to 706 unique riders. The county intends to award to a single vendor and will allow vendors to use their own pricing format. No additional integrations are required, and the service area primarily covers the Denver Metro region with occasional expanded reach.
