About this file

This is Addendum #2 to RFP #2024-11 for Large Scale Public Art issued by the City of Green Bay (COGB), with proposal responses due June 6, 2024 at 2:00 PM Central Time. The RFP seeks design-build services for large-scale public artwork installations, with interested artists having the flexibility to develop concepts for one or multiple sites from four potential locations, or propose alternative sites not listed in the original solicitation. Selected Phase II participants may create artwork for single or multiple locations, and the city is seeking design-build contractors rather than consultants for this project.

The total project budget is $50,000 across all sites, not $50,000 per individual site, and the city retains the option to split this budget between multiple projects if costs for individual sites come in under budget. The contract will include warranty clauses as standard practice for the city's permanent public art agreements, and GIS mapping data for FEMA floodplains is available on the city's website for bidder reference. Vendors must acknowledge receipt of this addendum on Form C - Submittal Checklist with their response submission, and failure to acknowledge all addenda may result in proposal rejection.
