About this file
The document is the 2023 Rose Bowl Stadium Events Calendar for America's Stadium, which details a comprehensive schedule of events throughout the calendar year. The calendar includes a diverse range of activities such as the 109th Rose Bowl Game, multiple R.G. Canning Flea Markets occurring monthly, soccer matches between LA GALAXY and LAFC, several UCLA football games, music festivals (Just Like Heaven, Cruel World, and Re:Set), Americafest, and major concerts like Coldplay. The events span from January 2 through December 10, 2023, with events occurring on various days of the week and at different times.
While the events calendar itself does not directly relate to the carpet cleaning contract opportunity, it provides context for the potential service needs. The Rose Bowl Stadium hosts up to 25 major events annually with attendance exceeding 20,000 patrons, which suggests significant carpet cleaning requirements. The stadium is an 89,766-seat outdoor venue that serves multiple purposes including collegiate football, international soccer, major sporting events, and multi-day music festivals. The carpet cleaning contract is structured for an initial three-year term starting July 1, 2023, with potential for two additional one-year renewal options at the discretion of the Rose Bowl Operating Company's General Manager.
