About this file

This document contains information about a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Nevada State Library Archives and Public Records (NSLAPR) Division of the Department of Administration, seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide an online full-text and graphical multidisciplinary electronic database. The database will be utilized by public libraries, K-12 schools, academic institutions, and other special libraries across the state of Nevada. The document provides details on the participating organizations and their estimated populations, including approximately 83 public library sites, 19 school districts, 8 academic institutions in the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE), and 14 special and 8 tribal libraries that may be eligible to participate. The database access will be provided to registered students, library patrons, and Nevada residents through remote or on-site access at the participating locations.

The document does not provide specific details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or contract term and renewal options. It focuses on providing the population and enrollment data for the various participating organizations to assist vendors in preparing their cost proposals for the specified audience segments or statewide access.
