B. PROPOSAL SCORING

Accepted proposals will be reviewed by an evaluation committee and scored against the stated criteria. The committee may review references or request oral presentations. The City’s intention is to procure the most functionally complete and cost-effective application which will provide the flexibility to meet our current and future needs. The total price of the proposed solution for the City’s applications will be considered in the final analysis, but may not be used as the primary consideration in the selection of the “best” solution.
