Delivery is specified to two locations: Washington County's office in Hillsboro (small quantities) and a Publishing & Distributions facility in Salem (bulk quantities). The bid emphasizes compliance with Oregon Revised Statutes, particularly ORS 282.210 requiring public printing to be performed within Oregon. Bidders must submit an affidavit confirming this requirement and provide information about their business, including tax compliance, residency status, and potential willingness to extend pricing to other public agencies. The county reserves the right to award to multiple bidders and will base the award on price, delivery, and specification compliance.
