About this file
The document is a Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, a standard legal form used to certify the integrity of a bid submission. The affidavit requires a bidder's representative to swear under oath that their bid is genuine and not the result of any collusive or fraudulent practices. The bidder must affirm that they have not conspired with other bidders to manipulate bid prices, restrain competition, or secure any unfair advantage in the bidding process.
The affidavit serves as a legal declaration that the bid's pricing is fair and properly developed, without any improper communication or agreement with other potential bidders. By signing this document, the bidder's representative attests that neither they nor their company has engaged in any unlawful practices that would compromise the fairness of the bidding process, such as price-fixing, sham bidding, or coordinating to avoid competition.
