About this file
This document is a vendor response instructions file for the Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA) Request for Proposal (RFP) OD-433-25 for Environmental Cleaning Services. The RFP requires vendors to submit responses through the Euna platform, with a detailed, multi-step submission process that includes completing and uploading several mandatory forms. Vendors must submit Form A (Offer Acceptance), potential contract exceptions, signature forms (Forms B-I), company logo, a response to the scope and specifications, and pricing details. Questions about the RFP must be submitted through the Euna platform's public notice tab, and a pre-proposal meeting will be held online, which is not mandatory but requires an RSVP.
The submission process requires vendors to provide comprehensive documentation, including an insurance certificate, cybersecurity certification, bond letter, business licenses, manufacturer authorizations (if applicable), a vendor questionnaire, and value-added product information. Vendors must upload their entire response, including the original solicitation and all supplementary documents, as a single PDF file. The RFP is designed to establish a contract for environmental cleaning services that can be utilized by PCA members at national, statewide, regional, or local levels, offering flexibility for potential contract usage across different jurisdictions.
