About this file
This is a Schedule A Billing Rates form for the City of Richardson's bid #04-22 for Security & Ushering Services at the Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts & Corporate Presentations in Dallas, Texas. The solicitation seeks bids for security guards, security supervisors, and ushers on an annual requirement contract basis with an estimated annual value of $225,000. Bidders are required to submit hourly billing rates for minimum staffing levels, standard hours, overtime hours, and holiday hours across all three position categories. The form also requests optional pricing for full-time and part-time site supervisor positions, with full-time supervisors based on a 40-hour work week and part-time supervisors guaranteed a minimum of 20 hours per week. Bidders must specify whether overtime applies after 8 hours daily or 40 hours weekly and identify which holidays qualify for holiday rate billing.
The pricing structure requires bidders to include all payroll taxes and benefits in their quoted rates for both hourly positions and salaried supervisor positions. For part-time site supervisors, pricing must account for 50 weeks of work annually, excluding two weeks of vacation. The form includes a cross-out sheet provision allowing bidders to correct or modify submitted information. Bidders must clearly document their company name, preparer signature, and date on the form. All pricing submissions should reflect the contractor's understanding that absence due to vacation, sick leave, or other reasons will not be billable for part-time positions with minimum hour guarantees.
