About this file

This document is a Measurement and Payment section for a federal contract opportunity. It outlines the payment terms and requirements for various line items associated with the installation of a new individual septic system, including solid sewer pipe, underground cleanouts, septic tanks, aerobic treatment units, pump tanks, transport lines, manifolds, pressure distribution system drainfields, and the abandonment of an existing septic tank.

The key details include the specific components to be installed, the unit of measurement and pricing structure for each line item, and the scope of work required for a complete and operational system. Payment will be made based on the installed quantities, with compensation covering excavation, backfill, plumbing, electrical, testing, and other necessary items. The contract opportunity is for the Betty Jane Bagley OSS Replacement (Suquamish) project, to be awarded by the Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service.
