About this file

This document contains submission instructions for the Fargo Public Schools District's Request for Proposals for School Psychology Services, administered through the Bonfire procurement platform. The District seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide one full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) contracted School Psychologist to supplement district staffing and ensure timely completion of special education evaluations and related school psychological services as required under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Vendors may propose either in-person or virtual service delivery models. The submission instructions outline the procedural requirements for vendors submitting proposals through the Bonfire online platform, including documentation standards, technical specifications, and format requirements to ensure proper evaluation and compliance with the District's procurement standards.

The document establishes the formal submission process and requirements that vendors must follow to participate in this procurement opportunity. Specific details regarding pricing terms, evaluation criteria, contract term duration, renewal options, funding sources, and award decisions would be contained within the complete Request for Proposals package. Vendors interested in this opportunity must carefully review all submission requirements and ensure their proposals comply with the formatting and documentation standards outlined in the Bonfire submission instructions to be considered for award.
