About this file
The document is an Evaluation Criteria file for The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD, detailing a Pharmacy External Drug Dispensing Services procurement. The evaluation will assess pharmacy providers across seven key criteria weighted from 5-20%: Geographic Locations (20%), Open/Availability (15%), Number of Store Locations (10%), Number of Part D Plans (20%), Customizability and Responsiveness (20%), Cost (5%), and Past Performance (10%). Respondents must provide comprehensive information including pharmacy location maps, operational hours, store count, Part D plan participation, packaging capabilities, references, and service history within the behavioral health community.
The evaluation emphasizes detailed geographic coverage within Harris County, Texas, with specific requirements for pharmacies to demonstrate accessibility, plan participation, and specialized packaging capabilities. Proposers must submit granular data including the number of pharmacies open during various hours, weekend and holiday availability, total store locations, Part D plan participation details, and willingness to accommodate specialized medication packaging needs. The scoring methodology suggests a comprehensive assessment that prioritizes geographic reach, operational flexibility, and responsiveness to behavioral health medication management requirements.
