About this file
This Statement of Work outlines requirements for hotel accommodations and meal services for the Illinois Army National Guard's 2-130 Infantry Home Station Active Duty period. The contract requires hotel rooms at five armory locations (Marion, West Frankfort, Effingham, Springfield, and Mt. Vernon) from February 7-10, 2024, with specific requirements for double and single rooms within 15 miles of each armory. Total requirements include 210 double rooms and 9 single rooms, with detailed specifications for room amenities, daily maid service, and parking.
The meal service component requires breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 425 total personnel across the five locations. Breakfast (February 8-10) must be served at hotels from 6:00-7:30 AM, lunch (February 7-9) delivered to armories from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM, and bagged dinners (February 7-9) delivered with lunch. All meals must follow a 29-day meal plan with specific nutritional requirements and include disposable serving items. The federal contract opportunity indicates this is a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside contract administered by the Department of the Army National Guard.
