About this file
This document is an Evaluation Criteria Questionnaire related to a federal contract opportunity issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville District.
The solicitation is for a minimum of 5,000 to a maximum of 7,000 rentable square feet of Quality Assurance Laboratory space in Hato Rey, San Juan, Puerto Rico. The space must have adequate parking for approximately 150 unreserved and 10 visitor vehicles. The lease is for a one-year term with nine option years, and a full-service lease (utilities and janitorial) is preferred.
The questionnaire covers four key evaluation areas: Yes/No questions about physical security features, past performance on federal leases and construction projects, details on physical security and access control, and accessibility/parking requirements including the ability to accommodate oversized emergency vehicles. Respondents must complete and submit the questionnaire along with other required documents by November 1, 2024. The government will select a location based on the evaluation factors and lowest overall cost.
